I was talking in a thread and it seem like a lot of people including me were left handed. Just wanted to see what the percentage is in RC.

Also what did you do to help your off hand?

Well except for writing I can use both equally well. A Sgt in the Army asked me once what would I do in 'Nam if I got shot on the right side, HMMMMMMMMMM???? says I!!!!! I started using both hands for everything that day and being a sniper/small arms expert in the Army I qualified both right and left handed, what a trip that was!!!!!!

Left handed here . but fly mode 1 and 2 no probs, play guitar right handed, and and...ok i stop there or it could get crude

Left -- Used to fly Mode 1 untill about 94 then changed over to Mode 2

I don't know if I fly left handed or right handed.
I'm generally left handed, but I throw right handed. Play guitar right handed, but that's because the dexterity is in the left hand.....

Exactly, the amount of heated conversations Ive had on this topic lol, the hand that forms the chords, etc should be your most dexterous hand, so me thinks the righty's have it all wrong

I guess I could check ambidextrous. I'm left handed in that I throw left handed (I wear a baseball glove on the right hand), and my hardest punch is left handed. But my dad fought hard to make me right handed. I use a fork, write, play tennis, swing a baseball bat best, and even use toilette paper - right handed. I wonder if this is why I have a hard time making decisions.[sm=spinnyeyes.gif] But I am very comfortable using a transmitter the way it's set up - elevator and aileron control for the right hand.

I posted left handed as I am predominately left handed...
However,, I can do everthing with both, and yes,, everything ...
There is just one ittle minor difference.. Whatever I do right handed
is oposite of what I do left.. If I write right it comes out backwards..
And no, I am not kidding..

That is one heck of an accomplishment. Now that you fly RC you should be able to qualify upside down and backwards too.

I'm ambidextrous. I can screw things up equally with either hand.

I am left handed, but also somewhat amphibious ...oh errr...ambidextrous. I write, throw, cast, and most anyting with my left. However, I bat right handed and play golf right handed. If it takes two hands to swing something then I sing right handed. If only one hand is used, like tennis, racquetball, or a hammer, then it is the left hand. Oh and I used to play the guitar...right handed. So I guess it just depends on what I am doing.

I'm left handed. I guess. I eat and write with my left hand. I play all sports with my right. Basketball I can use both, a real advantage. I'm a mechanic. Most tools are right handed so I work a lot of times with my left hand using right handed tools.

Hey GrnBrt, I shoot a rifle left handed and a hand gun right handed. How would I qualify like that.
