I DID IT ! ! ! ! !! ! ! !
I finally got it done---
Hurricanes Charly, Frances,Ivan and Jeanne couldn't stop me ! ! ! ! ! ! !
I finally soloed today- I'm so up it is unbelievable
No one can stop me now
I'm the only flying female in our club- I think the men were just as happy as me this morning.

Now the addiction starts, at least it did for me. As much as I enjoyed learning, once I soloed all I could think about was getting back out there untill I could fly without being nervous. Once I got to that point I had to get another plane or learn something new to get that nervous feeling and then, try and overcome it. It's been quite a few years of that for me .

You are welcome[sm=wink.gif] My husband is so proud he is busting- Tells everyone what I did. To all those with ladies that aren't interested- I feel sorry for them (the ladies I mean) They have no idea of the control and thrill there is in this hobby and on top of that- I get alot of attention from all the members of the club not just the men- The women were jealous at first but after seeing that I'm serious about flying and not messing with thier men- they relaxed. My Hubby says he is very lucky to have me.

I also have an arf made by MB456 called Dragon 40 and have a Midstar kit to build.
I look forward to getting these done and my Gray Dog which is a PT-40 from Great Planes is already to go up this week end. I love this Hobby
