If you have a SIG SE you already have a pretty aerobatic plane!

However if you want something outrageous that uses the hardware you already have in the SE, try this:-

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LL1011&P=1

Cheap, amazingly aerobatic, easy to fly, and loadsa fun!

The Extreme Flight Edge profile is a great .40 size 3D plane. It is the best quality ARF I have owned and reasonably priced.

Pacific Aeromodels Edge 540's are great planes.. Very Aerobatic and light so they land like a trainer.. check em out http://pacaeromodel.com/Edge540/Edge540T.htm They have all the characteristics of big planes like plug in wings pull pull rudder etc.. High quality hardware too.. Here are me and a buddy's .40 size..

I have flown a lot of profile planes, I like the Morris the Knife from Morris Hobbies. You can get it in a regular kit or if your an ARF guy you can get then that way also. I have not flown a profile plane that flies as slow or hovers better than a Knife. I like the power and responce of a 4 stroke also.

I would not go with a profile, I would go with a "true" .40 to .60 size extra or edge, my third plane was a Extra 300 from vectorflight, they are cheap priced built as good as any arf I have ever had and there customer service is excellent, there is nothing wrong with a profile but I just have never cared for them, this is my opinion so I don't mean to come across sounding like a butt, so check them out www.vectorflight.com they carry a beautiful Edge 540, Sukhoi, Extra 300 58 inch wingspan and a 66 inch wingspan,,, so you will be pleased here is a pic of mine,

The most fun and aerobatic plane I ever had as the Su Do Khoi from Morris. Someday I'll get another one. I flew that thing till I finally broke it's back.

You should give us a price range and or size to work with. If you want to learn 3D, a profile or electric foamy is the next step. If you want scale aerobatics, an Extra or Edge as big as you can afford would be the way to go.

If you are fairly new to 3d or want to work on your skills down low without worring about crashing, check out the 'TuffFlight 4D' at

Tuffflight.com. The 4D is everything they claim it is.
