RE: Looking for a MIDWEST SUPERHOTS!!!!!
They are not produced any more, I got the plans for the Super Hots through MAN Plans, I can't wait to start building this plane, it's a .60 size plane, I think Morris Hobbies has some of the smaller Hots, http://morrishobbies.com/advanced_se...&keywords=Hots
I hope this helps.

The Hots, Hots II (.40 size) and Super Hots (.60 size) all come up on eBay quite frequently. I just did a check and there is a II and a Super listed right now.

RE: Looking for a MIDWEST SUPERHOTS!!!!!
the secret to a good flying hots is to keep the weight as low as possible. the hotsII with it's takableapartable wing is a steaming pile...don't bother
super hots is a far better plane but also needs to be very light. don't remember if the one piece was ever kitted but if not then it's a super easy scratch project.
all the hots' i've built came out at 3 pounds or a hair less and used a YS .45 with pipe, very fun! some have also had the wing clipped to 39"...
don't recall the exact weight of the super hots but it's somewhere under 5 pounds and power was a piped YS .60. will hover horizontaly and even fly backwards in a light breeze
