Where to get props??
I'm finishing up a Hog bipe with an OS 91 4stroke. They say I need a 11x11-12, 12x10-12, 13x9 prop. I'm having a problem finding any of these props. Everywhere I've looked only have up to an 8 pitch in any of these lengths. [

I've had 3 Hog Bipes, and the last 2 have had the same OS 91 4-stroke on it. IMHO the prop that best suits the plane, engine, and my flying style was a 12x6 prop. The higher pitch prop is going to pull the Sig Pig a little too fast. If you want a little more speed then go with a 12x8, but definately not the higher pitch props.

Geeze Ken, are you sure about those numbers? I run a 12x7 on an OS 70
For an OS 90 I use (and highly recommend) a Graupner 13.5 x 8 (Which is the exact same combo my 84 yr old dad uses on his Sig Hog)

I use similar sized props you described for better speed and they are not available through regular means like stores or Tower. Go directly to the APC webpage and you will find what you want. Tower carries many APC sizes but not all of them.
