What does this mean?
My posts have steadily grown to over 1000 the last few years, and now all of a sudden this count appears lost. The 660 number can't be correct either. It doesn't matter to me much really, but it was odd this happened literally the day I made this 1000th b-day post.

Some one is playing games, I've found the count shown will add oneto its number for every three posts you make. This means that if you multiply the number shown you will be within +/- 1 1/2 posts of the real count in the system.

It means we have an administrator who likes to tease us every now and then. I think it was supposed to have happened on April Fool's day, and somehow got delayed.
All should be back to normal in a day or two.

When you first did that, did you crash the site with a wrong variable type error (real vs. integer)?
