I don't know what their customer service is like, but if it is anything like their delivery, this is one great company. On Tuesday of this week I ordered 4 HiTec servos for the kit I am building from Servo City. Yesterday, they were in my mailbox.....1 day delivery and only a charge of $3.95 for all four. I could have received free shipping if I ordered enough, but just really didn't want to order more. My hats off to them for their speedy service.

Well, that too..but when you get something in the mail the day after you order it, that's something to be happy about. Particularly in our area..I think the post office keeps stuff till they read it before delivering
