RE: Texan Law
If you read just what shows in the blurb it sounds dumb. If you read the full text it is not dumb at all.
a) As used in this section the term "model glue" shall mean any glue or cement of the type commonly used in the building of model airplanes, boats, and automobiles, containing toluene, acetone, or other solvent or chemical having the property of releasing toxic vapors.
(b) No person shall, for the purpose of causing a condition of intoxication, euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefaction, or dulling of the senses or nervous system, intentionally smell or inhale the fumes from any model glue.

When I was a young person I used to order quarts of glue and dope from AHC and then use them in a closed up room. That explains why I like building models so much and perhaps some other aspects of my character as well.

RE: Texan Law
I'm more of a paste person myself. I liked the type that was mint flavored
BTW, I bought some Testors glue in Dallas a few weeks ago, the funky non-toxic Orange smelling stuff (funny, doesn't taste like Orange). I needed to provide TWO types of ID because I was from out of state
