I think I've just uncovered the biggest scam in RC history. If anyone has followed the questions for Ann Marie Cross, you've undoubtedly noticed that she is almost NEVER wrong. She seems to know way too much!
Therefore, I've come to the conclusion that she can't be human. She must be some super computer or artificial intelligence! No human could possibly know so much about our hobby.
AM Cross (if that's your real name), you've been exposed for the fraud that you are.

She is for real
A. M. Cross is, indeed, a live, warm-blooded, human being. She is also as smart in person as she appears to be in print. I have first-hand knowledge, having met personally with her. She is truely remarkable - NOT just because she's a woman - and can hold her own with anyone.
But she's not perfect. Check out her trailer used to haul R/C airplanes. R/C Trailers (Sorry, A.M. I couldn't help myself!)

Taking your post in a more serious vein than you intended, what's kind of interesting about your post is that Ann Marie has experimented with AI in her job at Great Planes product support. In the past, if you sent a question to [email protected], a program would try to figure out what you were asking, and answer the question. Did a pretty good job, if I remember.

Ann Marie is a GREAT asset to this forum and I have spoken with her both publicly and privately on this forum.
As far as turning this into a club meeting, I'm not sure what you meant, but this IS the Clubhouse.

This is a "General Topic" forum so pretty much anything goes.
AM Cross contributes her time and expertise on this forum at no charge. She has helped a number of folks and has impressed even more. Really a known and respected quantity around RCU.
I'm sure there are thousands of stories.
MHawker was just putting a little jocularity (read humor) into the general forum using a name that would get attention. (certainly caught my eye). Others are just providing feedback.
