I have seen a lot of really good looking clubs out there. I am starting up a Standard Training program in our club. If any clubs have a good programs and could help me, Please let me know. I would like present to our membership a training program to help our students. I would like to get club planes, buddy boxes/with cords and a standard progression chart to track progress(log books). When someone solos recognize them. This would be a good time to do a little Bragging about how good you are.
