AMA stickers
How many use the AMA stickers which are included with membership cards? I love them for quick in-the-field patches.
Kills two birds with one stone: Advertise for AMA and great emergency patches.

I still have the whole sheet from this and last year! Might be a collectible one day.

I would have preferred that they not sent them, and saved the $2.00 each and took it off the increase in rates.
I would bet half of them end up in the garbage.

I'm with Daven. Waste of money. Are you sure they're $2 each? Considering the quantity they buy, I'd be surprised if they're more than 25 cents each. Still, it adds up, and I for one have no need. They should just print a little thing at the bottom of the letter saying, "Send us a self addressed stamped envelope, and we'll send you some free stickers." I would guess 1 person in a 100 or less would take them up on it.

$2.00 may be a slight exaggeration, but those are definately not .25 cent stickers. The foil paper that they use is not cheap, add to the fact that it is a sticky backed label. You also have the administrative costs of designing, purchasing the print, and press checking the print run.
I would bet they also raise the postage of the letter they send out, due to the added weight.
