What a fantastic deal. Where else can you get all this and still make $0.25/hr for your time. Just got back from Branson MO, (very close to the AK boarder) where we had a great time but there didn't appear be a lot of good R/C fields. The country is beautiful and there could be some great slope soaring available.

Oh well, I don't think I will assist him on that one. However I well know the feeling of placing my own bare feet in the cow poop a number of times. Now that brings up the question: How is it that one "LOSES FACE" when one "STOMPS $_it"? BTDT!

Well, this will get me roasted. I have met Dr Frank. Nice man. In fact, somehow I had my picture taken with him a few months back and its in Model Aviation in the VIII area. Thing is in my opinion , he has done nothing for us in our area in the last 10 years. According to AMA, we have around 900 registered members in New Mexico.

We have quite a bit going on yet no publicity out of this guy unless you live in Texas. He asks for material and we get it to him year after year and virtually nothing. So "frankly" we are at the bottom here so there is no place to go but up.

They use to send them out, and very few ever read them then, what makes you think things have changed? IMHO it was a good cost saving to just make them available on line. Anyone reading this post can find it on the AMA web site - and the nice thing is that it is a searchable file. Handy for looking up something.

Campbell. you made the first smart-***** reply. ".... personal criteria?" Even if it were so, since I made the offer to help someone do something, then I could well reserve the right to any qualification to such offer.
All you would need to do is check the AMA Bylaws, Membership Manual, on the website. It is very easy to place it in your documents section and quick reference any question when you so desire.
I requested the moderator to make an exception for this post and he has been nice enough to do so. There was no item in my post critical of Dr. Frank. He said he was through, and as a member of the District VIII I offered any one some help to get started. Since I ran a poor 2nd to Dr. Frank 3 years ago and I am rather old for the job now, I just have a hope that a Phoenix will again rise up for this district.
No need to even discuss the subject here. I'll be watching the mailbox however comes the 7th of June, I am going on a 10 day fishing trip in Canada with my son, several of his clients, and my stepson. Too late then for any help.
