do you mean .0317? if so ya can try stainless welding rod....i believe they have that size ..

Large fishing tackle shops have stainless steel leader
line in all different thicknesses. It's in bulk, on a rool,
and you can buy as litle, or as much as you want.
Silver solder the ends on. Large salt water shops would
be the best bet.
