Default Shrike Plans

I am looking for plans for a fellow club member for plane called "Shrike". This shrike has elevons, and a fin. No horizontal stabilizer. The engine is mounted on a pod above the wing.

This plane is probably best described as a flying wing.

Any info about plans, kits etc. appreciated.

Thanks,

DaveB

We have Shrikes at our field but they are by lanier and don't have the pod.

Are you sure you have the name right?

I am relying on a club members recollection re: the "Shrike". I am aware of Lanier's "Shrike" and another twin engine "Shrike", but this "Shrike" has a wing like the "Enforcer" only it is not rear driven.

SIG MAKES THE WANDERER WHICH IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE SHRIKE. CHECK OUT SIG.

This might be similar to what you have in mind. Good luck on your search though. Dan

Dan,

Thanks for the pix. The engine pod on the "Shrike" is forward on the wing, not on the fin. Also, my friend tells me the plane was at one time kitted by "Hanson" and appeared in "RC Modeling", although we cannot find any reference to it.

Well, I gave it a shot. Good luck on your search and share some pics when you find it. Dan
