I probably have about $10,000 worth of model's that I have not used. (several planes that have not flown but are pretty much ready, a tunnel boat and a glider).

I want to join Jim's club...haha. I recently got back into the hobby and have bought more "inventory". Running out of excuses for the wife and direct deposit is not helping matters since every transaction is instantly updated online at the bank. I suspect that "I only bought some small stuff ($150 worth)" at the LHS will only last so long. I use the "special" at Tower on occassion to get a "deal". It was funny but my father-in-law and me got on the subject of "hiding" purchases from the wife and he asked how much I had in my fund, which was down to $300 in a drawer, and he said he had $1,200. I just laughed but he runs a cash business so go figure. The reimbursements I get for expenses are now even direct deposit.
