i registed to this forum some moths ago ...
So why im having 1400 e mails in my mailbox every day ... [:@]
i tied to block thease mails from RCU but every time im logging in i have to w8 long


Please help me


and i tried to disabe getting emails from admins ther ppl and so on ..

Go back into your settings, where you signed up for your forums, and uncheck the email box. that's the only thing I can think of.

Yeah, I believe the settings default to 'notification e-mail sent when someone responds to X thread" are turned on. They should be turned off, and it's a little out of the way to get it, like teh botom bottom of the options page, or the 'subscribe to which forums' page..
