We got our runway materials from Dave's club when they replaced their runway. It was already 3-4 years old when we got it from them (thanks again Dave for saving us) and we are not finishing up our 5th  year on it. It's still going strong and we are expecting at least another 3-5 years of use out of  it. When it's no longer usable we plan on replacing it with the same material. This stuff is great to fly off of. It's the best of both worlds of grass and asphalt. It's soft like grass and doesn't tear up your planes, but it's a smooth surface like asphalt to take off from. Trust me, you'll love it.
