Default Latex and fuel

Does anyone know how well (or poorly) latex performs when around nitro fuel? Liquid latex is pretty flexible and I want to use it to seal up a lot of the electrical system and wires on a Helli I'll be building. Anyone else use something comparable?

I think that 1/2A flyers use latex balloons to make fuel tanks.

Latex is gasoline proof, but not glow fuel proof. You will have to clear coat it...... Vic G.

What kind of clear coats can people suggest that are flexible enough to keep up with the latex? What about silicone sealants? I'm open to suggestions for sealers that are flexible and are compatible with glow fuel. Being able to color the sealant would be nice too.
