Here is my super sportster 40
in St. George for it's photo shoot.
Go to my Gallery to see more of it.
The canopy was done with Rit Dye.

Monokote on Monokote
It has a real visible bottom with a three inch black stripe tip to tip on the main wing and a two inch one on the stab all on solid white back ground you can see it pretty good.

specs:
Great Plains Super Sportster kit.
Covered with Monokote.
Enlarged and reshaped the rudder and a Sullivan tail wheel.
It is wearing a Hitec flight pack and Magnum 46 with APC 11X5 prop,, a over sized great plains 14 oz fuel tank and on board volt watch I left the wheel pants off because of flying off of a rolled road base runway.
Mine came out finished weight of 5.5 lbs after adding 3 oz of buck shot and epoxy to the built up nose cowling.
What has everyone else's weighed?
