Default Arafat To Use R/C Terror Bombs

Check this site out. Says Arafat is testing R/C bombs.

http://www.debka.com/

DEBKA.com is an Israeli website purportedly linked to the Mossad. Maybe we should send a few to Saddam!

It's a little disturbing to me whenever I see scale AGWAGONs and other aircraft designed to dispense ANYTHING. There are some really cool aircraft out there that have this capability. I am an United States Air Force officer who has been directly involved in this very serious discussion while working in NORAD. There is not alot that I can talk about on RCU about this issue because of the security classification but I'm sure that most of my fellow R/C brothers and sister can hear me screaming to you during briefings to help in this matter. At least be very, very aware of this potential for attack in a populated area. All that I can ask is that each of you should be aware of this possibility and to keep an open mind to what's going on and being built around you! I'm sure that none of us could have imagined terrorist using airliners as a terrorist weapon but even more; to use R/C aircraft (pilotless) aircraft and even R/C cars as a way to kill lots of people. Also be aware of anyone who might be using one of these models in a freq. range outside of the 72 mHz one. Everyone should do their part and protect our right to fly models in the ranges that are allocated by the FCC. If we fail to do this or something completely unlooked for happens using our hobby freqs; I doubt very seriously whether the AMA will not be able to save what we have.

They'd be hard pressed to carry much more than an m-80 on one of those....

A conventional explosion is not the problem. However, how big does a bomb have to be in order to destroy a bus full of people?
