Default PVC holder for planes, show me yours?

I am looking to build a pvc holder to set my twin on and I went and looked at the PVC stuff at lowes and they don't have anything I can use. I need corners and stuff that hold pipes 3 ways. Anyone building these? What are they looking like and where do you get the hardware, corners and such? Maybe Lowes has a better choice?

Thanks. Show me pics of what you have if you would so I can figure out what I want to build.

Those three way fittings are available. But not at you local home improvement store. You will have to go online and find a pvc pipe fitting distributor and order from them. There are many more types of fittings available than what you will see at Lowes-Home depot-OSH, etc.

atr: Here is a rig I made for my pickup, and it had to fit between the wheel humps and under a tonneau cover.

Here are some pictures of what I used in North Charlotte. It is about 150 yards from the parking to the Freq control. Carried a lot of stuff, as I did a lot of Buddy-boxing. The cart was made by buying a kid bike and a scooter at Goodwill. Cut the rear end off the scooter and bolted it to a 2 X 8.

After moving to San Antonio, reconfigured, as we back up to the pits. No need for the cart.

Sorry, messed up. Those pictures were huge!! Will shrink and try again.

Take a street elbow right into an ordinary T or Y. That'll get you the same effect and the elbow can be rotated to different angles if needed which a factory part couldn't.

This one is just under 6.5 ft long and about 2 ft wide. It leans against the grarage wall for safe storage and for battery charging.

Mine is waist high to accept a large diameter fuselage, a Gee Bee. Materials are from Home Depot. The horizontal cross member is removeable by pulling the ringed pins at the "T" connectors, for laying flat to transport.

You can use welders magnets in the bed of your truck. 1 they are strong, 2 they usually have holes in them, 3 you can move them with ease. Just an idea.

Hey FLYBOY – How are you doing now days. Hope your fully recovered. Here are a couple of pics of my two PVC setups. One is for sliding into the van onto the armrests. With it I can haul 3 – 40 to 60 size and 1 or 2 – 120 size on the floor. With the seats out I can get up to 2 – 83.5” (that’s the longest I have) winds in the two bottom wing slots. The other one is just to help carry two wings and one fuselage with the other plane next to it on the floot. This one I can carry out of the van and set next to the setup tables at the field.
