TEXAS modelers ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't get all worked up.
It states the measurement is 500 feet from the property...and if that doesn't work, exemption 10 says;
(10) by aircraft in operation at an airport or in
flight, or railroad equipment in operation on railroad rights-of-way;

Not sure I read it the same way
As I read it, if you are talking about C(1), that only applies to determining if a sound is objectionable as recited in (b), as does the item (10) you recited.
What about item a(1) about 68db on nonresidential property?
But this also applies only to unincorporated areas of the county.
This rule may give the county the authority to prohibit those noise levels. I doubt they would do so unless residents complained....but ya never know.
BTW, nearly all jurisdictions have noise regulations decribing what is ok and not....and when you can have certain noise levels.
