Ultracote Trouble
I'm using Ultracote "Pearl" colors for my latest airplane. I'm just about finished with the covering and I find out that Ultracote no longer sells the matching paint for their covering. Do the colors in Monokote's Pearl colors match Ultracote so I could use their paint products? I usually use automotive enamels or polyurethanes, but I'm not sure if I can get a good match for these colors. Does anyone haveany similar experiances with the problem I'm having?

[8D]Yes, and I went to my local automotive shop, gave them a color sample and they
were able to make a perfect match with their polyurethane spray paint. After spray
painting, I then spray on a protective coat of clear. I believe that this is the only
way to go. I have found that so called matching paints for Monokote or Ultracote
simply don't match.
