Hey guys, im back on the forums, and im done with my new Somethin' Extra, which took me about..............eeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... .........lemme remember........OH YA!!!- Almost a year to build and finish up.
Dude, being a teenager, jobless, not having supporting supporting parents, and school, plus skating AND building a flying wing makes things a lil hard u kno...
but besides complaining, i want to know who just finished his or her project lately
hope to get some answers, and im uploading a couple pictures from my beautiful and new and not beat up SE.
LATE!!

Dude, congrats on getting back going. Heres a pic of my Long EZ that I am building. I had one years ago, and broke it. I was going to fix it but it ended up being easier to build a new one. Going to look just like my full scale Long EZ. Pretty cool.

Glad your folks don't just give you all the toys. You will appreciate that later in life and will appreciate the toys you earn a lot more than the kids that just got them for nothing. You will be thankfull later in life. Trust me.

Default Dude-

Nice choice... What are you using motor-wise?

Nothing like non-supporting parents....

I have a few projects almost done? That count?

Takes me a month to build an arf- time is hard to come by for me-

Have fun,
james

nah i dont mind my parents for not paying for my stuff, if i get it as a present i dont care about it and soon it breaks, what i mean is that my parents hate the 40 mile trip to the field...
im breaking in a thunder tiger pro .46 on it. not that i dont want to underpower the model but i have had to limit myself to flying wings( theyre fun, specially wingwarriors), soat least i havent forgotten how to fly

what i meant with non supporting parents is that they barely ever want to help me with the AMA paperwork and club applications and getting supplies from the hobby store and stuff like that...not that they dong give a thing about it

I think that by now you should be able to do your own paper work, and far as helping you get suppiles, well just remember they put in a full day and can be tired and just don't want to be bothered at that particular moment.

I haven't weighed it yet. It's still not quite finished, but when it is, I'll give a full report.
