Default my own track

so im building my own track. and since it rained. everything is green and grassy. i spray weed and grass killer yesterday and it didnt really do the job. im tired of weedwacking. anyways. what can i kill the grass faster with? and whats the cheapest way to outline the track with?? ill post some preogress pics later

Our club has 2 tracks, one is an asphalt oval, about 100 feet long and 50 feet wide, with an 8 foot high bank in the turns, and we also have a dirt track, for the curbs we went to Home depot and bought that plastic tubing, cant remeber the size, but I think it was the 4 inch black flexable drain pipe, the one that comes in big rolls. and as for the weeds, we tried it all, weed killer, rock salt, but what really seemed to work was just useing the track alot and the cars will kill the weeds. or if you have the money, get a few tons of clay and line the track with clay and pack it down.....

my friends hyper 7 servo broke, and i wasnt using the protos. just mainly my friend with his losi, and a a few laps with my ofna gt lx -_- its the one w/o the body..

thanks. ill lower the music level next video. the track still neeeds lots of work. hopefully after were done we can add to it..

You have to start somewhere, great start on the track. It will take time to get it where you want it but when its done it will be yours

Rent a rototiller turn up the area of the track and add rock salt into the mix, then use a yard roller, the kind you fill with water.....

i looked into the rototiller but its 25 bucks an hour with a 2 hour minimum. i guess eventually but right now that expensive for me. i just bought the weedkiller. and it was 35 bucks and it didnt really work -_- thanks guys

vtec. i know where you live you dont get any snow. but it works great on our tracks. rock salt......

we use it here when the snow falls. melts it,. but works great for killing weeds and grass
