I had bought this guy out of the hobby, and included was this " Not For Sale " Fun Fly , was getting ready to sell it, so I told my wife, hey this is one ugly covering job.. see what you can do with it.. 3 days later I popped my head over to see how it was going with her projects.. WoW!! This is what she decided to do with it ... The Bat Plane ! I just had to take pictures and post them.. Im impressed !!

The first picture of it before .. The next pictures are of it now!

Might not want to post pics, regarding planes your wife is covering, ever again.

Just might get a few guys knocking on your door trying to court your wife and steal her away.

I probably shouldn't post this either but, my wife just finished building and covering my new Hangover from Aerolock Models. She has always liked woodworking and crafts, so this fascinated her. We built her a 24X24 workshop about 2 years ago and it's well stocked with tools. I'm so thankful to have, not only a talented wife, but, a wonderful and loving companion. God has been good to me. I'll post pictures of the hangover as soon as the control surfaces are hinged and motor and radio gear are installed.

PS NO! you can't borrow her.

Could you have your wife talk to my wife? Do you have to do the dishes when she works on airplanes? My wife would make me do some thing like that or mabey paint the house.

Very nice arrangement you have but I may have just beaten you out by one tiny little factor.

I am retired, actually I am disabled from military, same difference, but my wife works and allows me to buy my airplane stuff from our household budget. Not bad, Eh?
I do get a modest disability pension and it helps but she is the main contributor. In return I do house husband duties and cook for the family. Oh yeah and I mow the grass, Tough huh? Got a new 17 hp riding mower.

GW and JimRoss,
Having a great wife and kids are more important than all the RC planes in the world. Sounds like we are all in the same boat. Thank God for that. Eh????

Default Wife

You betcha, she's great, never complains about me spending money on planes and stuff. I try to be very frugal with my spending and not over do it but she never complains.
