I recently converted my paper subscription to the new digital, and boy was that a mistake. Can't access the magazine. When I call I get a run around. The last lady I taked to said she would have her supervisor call me the the info I wanted. No phone call. Have sent a number of emails with no response. I'm about ready to turn this whole mess over to the consumer protection people. This is an outright ripoff. Has anyone else had a problem with these people? I will no longer subscribe to MAN.

Tailskid & BarracudaHockey, Thanks for the encouragement. I decided to give it one more try and low and behold got everything sorted out. That's what I like about this site. There is alway some to kick you in the seat of the pants and get you straightend out. Thanks guys.
