Try to get your CC company to do a chargeback on the transaction before you run out of time. It might be the only way you recover anything.

I also made the mistake of ordering something from QTH with a similar experience. I would suggest you contact the Sedalia, MO Police department. (660) 827-7823
Just because you got your money back does not mean a fraud did not occur. If enough people file complaints, these (alleged) thieves may be shut down. I followed up with the police and QTH refunded my money. I was then able to call my CC company and tell them that I got their money back.
QTH are a den of thieves.
