What is your RC Dream Project ?
Everyone has a dream project they want to build or buy. Mine is a WW1 Handley Page Bomber on electric. Maybe 12 foot span. After building another Bomber years ago I know what I'm facing.

Finishing my Royal B-25 kit. I have one that is about 30% finished (I started building it about 3 years ago - and it's been that way since!). I've wanted this plane since 1977 - and I finally bought one from a guy getting out of the hobby! Man - can you say a box of sticks?
One of these days!

"I have a dream"
The upcoming Fusco Aircraft 1/6 scale Beechcraft/Raytheon King Air B200 was a dream of mine and Mike James that we are making come very true. Check it out at
Another slated dream is an extremely scale C-130 done up in Blue Angels "Fat Albert" scheme, complete with JATO rockets for those 45 degree launches.
The Cessna at was a dream, that with a lot of hard work and attention to detail, was realized.

1/7th Yellow Aircraft CF-18 in 416 lynx operation markings, twin turbine, airbrake, leading edge flaps, landing lights, opening canopy, and dropping bombs.
The aircraft and the technology exist, I just need the thumbs. I'm flying a 60 size extra and a TF 60 P-51 right now. The G&P Hornet pusher is next, then onto the Trim F-86 ducted, Trim F-86 Turbine and then, ohhhhhh, and then, my beloved Hornet.

A pair of 18 cylinder radials, although I'd settle for the Seidel 14 cylinder ones, and a nice F7F Tigercat to fly them in.
Right now I'm still waiting for a pair of Technopower seven cylinder engines for the much smallr Tigercat I have.
Second best? Yes, but still damned good.
Bill.

One thing I have thought about doing, taking my Radio Flyer wagon, which I use to transport field equipment in, and turning it into a remote control electric powered wagon, just for kicks.

Flying Fortress......
I have an uncle who served on a B-17 during WWII....his plane was eventually shot down and he was a P.O.W. for over a year before liberation...
I'd really love to get a B-17 built to honor the efforts he and so many others put in on land, in the air and on the sea...
I currently have an American Eagle and a Bob Holman B-17 kit and need to decide which way to go...I have Like Line electric retracts which are awesome....and have 4-Saito 72's for power...
It's just finding the time and making the commitment to see it through that seems to elude me, what with everyday work and home pressures...
One day though it will get done......just hope it's soon enough for my uncle to enjoy.

My answer would be all of the above plus a crew of master builders to do all the building with a crew of logistics people to transport these beast to a suitable spot to fly them all.

A 40' B-17, with 4 100cc engines swinging scale props. 4 18-cylinder radials would be even better.... With turbos, of course.
Take another of those radials with turbos and wrap around it a very large scale Corsair.
A 1/2 scale Pitts, swinging a geared (probably) scale prop.
My attempt at becoming a recognized and respected airplane designer and kit manufacturer realized.

My Dream...
My dream is to build a large scale F4-U Corsair. My dream is to have the courage to begin the project, and the time to finish it.
I have a Marks Models corsair kit sitting here looking at me making me feel guilty. I have the Robart 90 deg rotating retracts waiting for it. I have the scale wheels, I have the cockpit kit. I have plenty of motors for it.
What I dont have? Nerve to start, time to finish, and skills to make it a first class model. If I did... would I have the nerve to fly it? No clue there.
Wish me luck...
