The thing I find most useful in a shop is two tables:
1 - A worbench secured to the wall with a vise mounted to it. This is the "Sturdy" workbench.
2 - A building table in the center of the room (preferably movable to the side of the room when not in use). Having it away from any wall allows 360 degree access to your project.

I'm hoping once it warms up in the Fozen Tundra aka Packerland I can find a duplex to move into that has a nice basement and I can make manland again.

Don't forget to put in twice as many electrical outlets as you think you will need. Then put in a few more. And don't forget to wire for CAT5e, and you might as well run HDMI or at the very least composite.
