Horizon Hobby ... kudos for service
I have to give praise to Horizon for helping me out with a "lost in the mail" mystery.
Without going into all the details, some units in a pkge of several went missing between leaving my hands here in Canada and being received in Champaign.
It would have been impossible to prove to CanPost that I had sent x units and only y arrived ... not a total loss, hence no good grounds for a claim.
Fortunately, in the spirit of customer service, Horizon is making up the x-y difference.
Although I have had good service before from them, you can't get better than this.
