Another Great Evening of Flying
I've returned to the hobby and absolutely love it!
3rd time flying this week at the Monticello Minnesota Field! Only been back for about 2 weeks and am already on the 2nd gallon of fuel.
Had the field to myself last night and was able to practice a few high speed low level runs. Did a couple of inverted low level passes too. Man my Aerostar 40 cooks (jk).
Trying to get the stick coordination back in order to fly my Cap 21. Still have a bit of work to do, but my cap should be in the air in a couple of weeks.
Scott.

Welcome back , I'm returning myself after a 20 year layoff, building my trainer, buying all kinds of goodies, hiding receipts, you name it. The addiction is back

Thanks Joe,
You crack me up with the hiding receipts comment. Lots of that going around!
Wow - 20 years - I was out for around 13 myself.
Good luck with the trainer. Hope you still build em straight!
Scott.

On the hiding the receipts vein; I keep a can or plastic bag of balsa dust in the shop.
When I bring home a new kit or engine, I hide it in plain sight. Just sprinkle a light coating of balsa
dust on the outside of the box. An even better effect can be had by cleaning off the spot underneath the box first.
"see, its been here since the last time I cleaned the shop"

Welcome back!
I came back a dozen years ago, once hooked I guess...
Receipts?!! There's a garbage bin outside the hobby store for just such a purpose.
