Default expereince with digi-tech turbines.com

I bought some landing gear struts from Digi-tech Turbines and when I tried to fit them I found the drilled holes were off a fair bit and would not align. I wrote a few emails to Sandor before I finally got a reply and an offer that they would send a good set. Since then I have written a email to him every few days but I get no response both from his email ID or from the sales address on his site. Can anyone help me in locating him so I can have the parts I paid for corrected and be useful. Below is what was told to me on 27th April 10.
Would be thankful if anyone could help me locate him. How have they been to deal with??
Vicky Randhawa.

We can swap them , sure you cant force them over?
A bit should not be a real problem.
If not I will send you a new set
