Default IMAA Legal?

Hello. I hope I'm posting this in the right thread but if I'm not please let me know. I'm new to the site so give me some slack. I have one question. I have a Seagull Extra 260 90 size, and I'm wondering if it is IMAA legal or not. It has a wingspan of 63" and it requires a .91-1.20 2-4stroke. Please give me some insight. Thanks!

Here is a link to the plane below:

Nope. Minimum requirements are 80" span OR true 1/4 scale... the 260 has a 24' 9" WS, so true quarter scale would be 74.25".

You have to go bigger...

He's right.

Monoplanes are 80" or 1/4 scale, Biplanes are 60" minimum, and jets you add the wing span and fuselage length and that has to equal 140"

Yeah,

That's what I thought. Thanks guys. I just wanted to make sure before I showed up at a local IMAA fly in with my not so legal Extra 260. Thanks!

Depends on the CD, some run around with tape measures, some know every model ever produced that was legal or not, and some would be like, "eh, close enough, have at it"
