Default Fishing with an RC boat?

I haveseen some videos of people using RC electric boats to fish for lake fish. I have seen them troll and bottom or suspend bait and even use the boat to bring the fish in. Here is a sample of how some do it~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGvOq2ZyQd8
Looks interesting and might work well in my local lake.
I was just wondering if anyone ran across any legal problems in doing so in their own area. Although I fish frequently and I have never seen a game warden at the lake.

There are a lot of RC boat fishing vids on youtube.com. Just search the term.
Sure enough if I do it they will find a rule against it and I will get cited.

I live almost exactly midway between Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake, no more than 15 miles to the nearest launch ramp for either. One night a couple years ago, a couple friends and I discussed how we would set up an RC boat to drop a dead chicken at the base of Bull Shoals dam. Before 9-11 you could boat right up to the dam and fish, but since 9-11 there is a line of buoys about a hundred yards from the dam and anyone who goes past the buoys can be arrested. Since we only had a couple cases of beer, we only got to the dropping part, not the recovery part, and we haven't talked about it since. In our state, we failed to realize that we would probably be just as arrested for running an RC boat up to the dam as we would for running the full size boat up there, but it didn't seem to be important at the time.

So does this outfit. http://rcfishingworld.com/rcboats.htmAnd they come with the pole on them, not that it's any big deal to mount one on any RC boat of size.
Of course that still does not make it legal to use them in your particular state.
I see they have a destroyer and a PT boat too. I wonder if they drop depth charges???
