Default T-maxx 3.3 glow plug problem

Nitro powered T-Maxx 3.3

REcently i tried starting my tmaxx and for some reason the glow plug doesnt get hot or anything but the motor will turn over but just not want to start.

Would ground wire too loose be a problem?
