What site sells grommets?
Topic Circle rubber grommets (that the name?). I can not find them.My hobby shop only hadthose square ones for servos. I need the circular ones with metal pins. It is for the Smart Fly Power Expander so it must fit that. Any good site that has them? Thanks for the help</p> |

They told me I had to open an account and have a resale or sale tax exempt number, and that they didn't sell to private parties.

RE: What site sells grommets?
It was like that a long time ago but since they have loosened up a bit( a sale is a sale , I guess). You still get better pricing if you are "on file".

RE: What site sells grommets?
They just want you to have an account so all your information is in the computer. It speeds up their billing and shipping labels.
I have found that they have some really good tools also. Not as cheap as Harbor Freight, but much better quality. Plus their prices on hardware. How about a box of 100 8-32 socket head cap screws for $14.30. These are the ones that I use for engine mounts on my 60 size engines, and mounting my retracts. https://www.grainger.com/Grainger/So...E14?Pid=search Or these 4-40 x 1inch for $14.58 for smaller engines. https://www.grainger.com/Grainger/So...B90?Pid=search Or 8-32 blind nuts; https://www.grainger.com/Grainger/T-...GH2?Pid=search for $6.84 for a box of 100. What does it cost for a package of 4 from Great Planes or Tower? Get several friends together and order all the fasteners you will need for a very long time for a lot less. Frank |
