I must be on a bad luck streak, the last 3 planes I purchased on-line arrived at my door with damages. By the looks of the shipping cartons, it's no wonder the delivery people didn't knock on the door when they delivered them. Then there's the call you make to the supplier in another state and your expecting a bunch of red tape to get what you wanted. I recently did on-line business with Terry at Golden State RC and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of getting a replacement. I e-mailed some pictures to him and he simply shipped me a replacement set of wings via priority mail. I didn't even have to ship the broken ones back, although I'm sure in most cases you would. Later another shock came, I put up a thread here on RCU about a stupid mistake I did on the pair of wings when I held a vacuum cleaner hose up to the servo pocket and imploded a wing. Guess what, out of shear amusement...Terry (a reader of RCU) recognized my name and the airplane and without questions shipped me (priority mail) another (I said another) set of wings that would of cost me $40. This has to be the best service I have received from any hobby company.

SDC, sorry man, I know where your coming from, my first name is the worst abused name in history. Funny circumstance, before I made the signature, I actually did a check on spelling by a Google search of "Reese's Monkey" and low and behold the 3rd item down had something there on it. Maybe that guy builds planes for you. C/A and beer must have limited my biology experiments in school or I would have known better. All joking aside, I should keep focused on the true intent of this thread. Good words should travel as fast or faster than the bad. I hope more comes for this guy!

Terry is a GREAT guy and always puts his customer service first! I'm glad it's not just myself that has realized this...

Here is his website address. He sells Saito, GMS and Irvine engines as well as airplane kits and ARF's and a few other things like servos... You can't go wrong buy using this company!
