Warm Fuzzies

I would like to comment that Horizon Hobbies is a pleasure to do business with.
I had ordered a new 1/4 scale ARF from my LHS. (H9)
There were some parts missing...I contacted Horizon, and the parts were sent priority mail....No BS, No hassle, No charge.
