Saving the box it came in
Women get a big kick out of teasing men about saving the box that items came in. The logical reasons for saving the box escapes them so when a box showed up for sale on the auction site I had my wife in stitches this morning. 380259584857
Fellas, it's at 4.99 right now and $4 shipping. Just the box alone is worth $9. :D |
RE: Saving the box it came in
MY wife is WAY worse than me when it comes to saving useless stuff.
I hope she doesn't see that sale or she'll probably buy it! :D |
RE: Saving the box it came in
It's interesting how many times you'll see a kit box, only, for sale. People seem to get a few bucks for them anyway. Just do a search for "radio control airplane kits", and you'll see some boxes, and some boxes with used plans for sale.

My wife doesn't care if I save boxes..........she just wishes I'd get them unstacked from the dinning room table.[sm=wink_smile.gif]

RE: Saving the box it came in
Collectors buy the boxes for their items that are missing the box it came in. Also, sellers buy the boxes so that they can then advertise their items as "with original box" and charge double. :)
