Default Gluing CF panels together...

I am still in the "thinking it through" stage on a particular model that I'll be using CF honeycomb panels on for bulkeads and servo trays.

My question is:

Is it advisable to glue CF panels perpendicular to each other (to construct the crutch), and if so, do I stick with a Polyurethane Glue (Gorilla Glue)?

I am trying to eliminate the weight of all the plywood construction.

Thanks in advance.
