Where does one obtain Schedule 40 blue foam or any typ of good qualityfoam to make a cowl mold. I typed in a search and came up with nothing on blue foam.

I get white, pink, and blue from Home Depot in 2"x 24" x 8ft sheets. If I need thicker I glue the sheets together with gorilla glue.

Not sure how far you are from Dallas, but I get my foam from Kirkland Sales in Garland, TX. I buy it in 4'x8' sheets but they will cut it to whatever size you want. I use it for cutting wings and for cowl molds.

Look for concrete finishing supply like HUB, out here in californumb. .. They should have many size (2lbs)white foam boards priced very well. 1" to 6" thick, 4ftX8ft
