I have a Viper Jet from FeiBao and had some touch up paint sent with it. The paint is Acrylic, 2k paint. What I am trying to find out is what thinner do I use with it? I am going to be fixing the areas with an airbrush and just got my first one. The areas that I want to fix I will be applying primer to it. I picked up some Tamiya liquid surface primer gray with some Tamiya lacquer thinner. Will the two paints work together? can I use the thinner with the Acrylic, 2k paint?

According to this chart, it looks like you should be OK.

I need to paint my fiberglass cowl with Butyrate dope. What should I do to prep the fiberglass to rec the dope? Is there a primer I can use that will work with the Butyrate dope.
