Default Mejzlik prop repair

I hit something on the ground and clipped the tips on my 28x10 prop. It frayed about 1/4" of the tips, and I was able to sand them smooth and reshape them, what can I use to ensure the fibers are tight and can use this prop? I dont see any other damage other than the tips. The balance on it is fine too.

Thin ca...penetrates better than epoxy and coats every filament that's exposed
