I am looking to reinforce the rudder of my DLG. My current build is using this carbon to do it. Would it be possible to use ribbon that my wife uses to rap Christmas presents. it doesn't tare or stretch.

Nope. That is not ribbon, what you are looking at is carbon Tow. It is strands of carbon fiber. The two have nothing in common. That being said, if you need a little bit send me a PM and I will send you some. I have a fairly substantial roll of it.

I found some on eBay and it’s ont as goodl and much heavier. I would love to get some for my stock. Pm sent.
