Can pink foam be spray painted or will it melt?? If so what paints can i use on foam that are fuel proof??

Rustoleum aerosols melt pink foam- don't ask how I know- but it's the propellent that causes it. Buying brush-on cans and using a spray outfit does work and some of the types are fuel proof. The pearls and metallics are iffy if I heard right although I haven't tried it myself.
