cnc router
is there any other company than www.cnchobby.com who is selling not plan but CNC machine to be mounted for hobby (low cost one).

Don't know what you call "low cost" but check at the following URL. I noticed them the other day. I make no claim for quality or anything. Like I said, I just found them while surfing the net. Let me know what you think. They sell plans, kits and finished products I think.

Here is a link to probably the longest running discussion about CNC mill/router with the emphasis on CHEAP. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62920 It will take a while to wade through it all, but has some of the best tips on home made CNC that I have found. These units would be useful for light cutting, probably not for metals, only stuff like depron, balsa and 1/8 thick plywood.
