Default model to be cut with cnc

I am looking for a program to draw a car body in to make a plug. I have the drawing in a polygon based program know but I am thinking I have to redo in a spline based program for a cnc program to read but am not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Mike,
I have a program called Autovue That I can draw or import a poly line drawing in and then export out in a dxf to my cnc program to generate G-code. Some times you may loose some lines and you have to replace them after you export. I don't know if this will help you any but maybe you can find a cad veiwer program like that?
