1/4"x1" aluminum replacement needed
I need this size as a replacement for some aluminum stock. I need it in 2 foot lengths, 2 pieces total.
Does anyone make this in carbon fiber. Maybe something thinner will be just as strong. I still need it to be 1 inch wide though. Thanks.

I found this at Aerospace's site-- (CL6-43 CL6 .060" THICK x 48" LONG 1" (73g) $21.56)
Will this be as strong as the aluminum or will I have to put 2 of these on each side?
That' one big savings of weight over the aluminum!
