Default .010 fiberglass sheet for foam cores

I've been looking for cost alternatives to Fliteskins. $96.00 to sheet a foam core seems a tad steep. My panels are 13"x33". Four 24"x36" panels would be required.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to an alternative source? Also, has anyone used this method of skinning cores? I plan on using ProBond for the adhesive. I've read abit about this method and it appeals to me but not my wallet, lol...

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Here's a place that has 36 x 48 x .010 for $49.50. Part #KS-5678. I've not made any purchases with this place, so I cannot comment as to service and quality, but the price seems good. Two sheets would get you done with material to spare. The price looks so good, I just ordered a sheet myself.

saramos....

K-Mac Plastics...I got it. Interesting that you can get the 24 x48 cheaper than the 24x36. Must cost more to produce in that dimension.

Great alternative. I need 12 sq ft and this cuts my investment by 50%!

Thanks,
